The liberal freak-out over the Michael Flynn controversy is in full swing.
Very little is known about the call Flynn made with the Russian Ambassador in late December. Flynn initially characterized the call as congratulatory in nature, but it was later reported that other matters were indeed discussed. The most prominent theory is that Flynn discussed the sanctions placed on Russia by the Obama administration. Many believe that the move would be in violation of the Logan Act, a law that bars private citizens from conducting foreign policy without the consent of the US government.
We know this much because the call was intercepted by Obama’s intelligence department, who passed the knowledge on to either Trump’s team or Trump himself. What the Obama administration did not do is arrest Flynn or publically accuse him — or anyone else — of criminal activity.
Still, many hardcore liberals are demanding arrests across Trump’s White House. See why Michael Moore wants Trump arrested on the next page:
We don’t give a rat’s$#%&!@*what you think.
F**k you Moore, you are lunatic and need to be locked up! Your crazy!
Go eat a big mac…take hillary with you….
…nitwit…
Is this guy gone yet?
You are sad sick people
First of all I don’t believe Michael Moore said that. He is a buffoon but I don’t believe he said that. This is just more of media propaganda. They appealed the people that don’t know the first thing about political law.. see the thing is there is no scenario where they can install Hillary. None. First of all they would have to confirm that the president broke the law or likely broke the law to the point of an impeachable offense. Only two presidents in American history have been impeached Bill Clinton and Andrew Johnson. Neither was removed from office. First they have to confirm that the president did break the law. Or at least they have good reason to believe he did. Then they have to get the petition through and enough votes to get him on impeachment trial. Then they have to have the impeachment hearing and then they vote. Then they need enough votes to remove him. Neither Bill Clinton or Andrew Johnson was removed. So if they did have all that and they did remove him the next thing that happens is the vice president in this case Mike Pence becomes president and as per the 26th amendment a vice president is elected immediately in that is up to the president to nominate him. It is not necessarily the Speaker of the House. They would then have to have reason to impeach Pence, they would again have to petition they would again have to have the hearing they would again have to vote they would again have to have enough votes to remove him. And none of that happened his appointee for vice president with then become president. So no matter how many impeachment trials they have you’re going to have a Republican president for the next four years. There is no scenario that installs Hillary Clinton or any other Democrat. Even the speaker of the house which is Paul Ryan does not become the president unless both the president and the vice president are simultaneously killed. If either one dies the vice presidential office is replaced by the presidential appointment as per the 26th amendment. In the speaker of the house is not necessarily the president’s nominee for vice president
Build a fence around Moore
Another that needs his head should up his ass
I did a little research on this idea. Very interesting. Come to learn both are correct, depending on what year (years). Look it up. I found it very interesting.
