More than 40,000 illegal alien criminals from 79 different countries are housed in federal prisons – costing taxpayers millions every year.
The International Prison Transfer program should help to alleviate the problem as it permits willing criminals to transfer back to their country’s prison system. That could be at least a partial solution, but the problem is that many countries simply refused to accept the transfers – and there are no enforcement measures within the treaty.

Good idea
Of course they let them out of Mexico’s prison
Quick answer to this. Surplus military parachutes and C 130s.
Really it’s your people…..
Drop them from a C-130! No shutes!
Just set up a really large catapult at the border a “send” them back home via “Air Mail”!
Pole vault them back over
Tough luck Mexico!
Ok so don’t transfer the prisoners to the Mexican gov’t. Drop them at the border with $10 and a good pair of boots.
Send them to the Vatican. The Pope has been lecturing the U.S. about accepting immigrants, it is time for him to take his fair share.
