If a shocking incident in Maryland is any indication, judges are starting to act as a law unto themselves and treating their fellow Americans as subjects instead of citizens.
The story started innocuously enough, with defendant Delvon King reading a document aloud in court as he represented himself. While King’s conduct was orderly and respectful, judge Robert C. Nalley grew impatient with the pace at which he was reading.
Granted, as a judge, Nalley is well within his right to make such an assessment and order King to act accordingly. If he really took issue with King’s behavior, he could have verbally instructed him to change it.
But Nalley did nothing of the sort. Instead, he ordered a deputy on stand-by to activate a “stun-gun” attached to King’s ankle, and incredibly, the deputy complied. The shock lasted only for five seconds, but that was long enough for the pain to force King to collapse on the floor as he screamed in pain.

The SS was just following Hitlers orders also .. Guess the deputy forgot his oath.
When a judge tells you to be quiet and stop talking..you really should..
This is b******t on so many levels starting with the report why he is in court has nothing to do with anything the fact that he has dreadlocks has nothing to do with it and why in the hell does he have a shocking device on him? I see a very large lawsuit in the process and I hope he wins big and the bailiff should have refused that unlawful order I DO support law enforcement 100% but NOT this kind of behavior.Justice for him would be for him to be able to put in on the judge and shock him for the same amount of time and it be recorded and put on FB and that’s and that’s after the civil lawsuit
Poor guy but That is some funny chit!……..
Fair call on the judge…. Now, what about the deputy??? If the “defendant” was not violent, and was not cooperating, the judge should have found him guilty of contempt and obstructing justice and had the felon removed from his court. Then, when ordered to shock the felon (clearly unjustifiable use of force) why did the bailiff comply? NO peace officer likes to have a brother peace officer show blind willingness to break the law at the direction of a superior. I say, if the bailiff has no better reasoning skills than this,,, FIRE him and let him look for work, more suitable to his abilities.
Getting tased really isnt that bad, Mr. Wanna Be Badass
Totally Unacceptable
It’s better than a baton ,pepper spray. U ever been tazed??
Judge should have the death penalty
and what happened to the Deputy who used the taser following an unlawful order that was illegal and he knew better than to follow cause he is also the problem !!
