This very disturbing video shows police officers from Chippewa Falls, WI pull over a desperate couple speeding to the hospital in urgent need of medical assistance.
Suffering from and asthma attack, Casey Kressin was pulled over for “speeding” and “failing to stop” at a traffic light.
Instead of providing a police escort to the hospital the cop detains him for 10 minutes, which ended up killing the man.

How much longer would it have taken for the couple to reach the hospital? If it could have been done in less than 10 minutes it would have been due to police having caused delay. Otherwise, police could also have gotten him some help or helped them get there in a faster way. I don’t believe every anti- police rant or report now without having full information i front of me to read.
Russ says:
“The guy was gonna die regardless of whether she had continued to drive or if the cop had escorted them, based on time. The few minutes difference wouldn’t have mattered – he even had his albuterol and that wasn’t helping him. I have asthma and I have a friend who died from asthma. Sadly, this guy was too far gone. Believe what you will, the cop and the EMT’s handled this correctly. Yes, I’m a retired cop, a trained first responder and a Soldier. I’m not taking sides, just pointing out the unfortunate truth. Frankly, he should have stayed home and called an ambulance instead of trying to drive to a hospital – cold weather is very bad for asthma plus he should have remained still, calm and focused on controlling his breathing. RIP.”

Russ, you a crude and stupid asshole
OMG ! Soo sad to hear this man died enroute to hospital . Sending prayers to his family .
Because it wouldn’t be fair to idiots if they didn’t pass the initial testing of 100 simple questions.
I thought cops got basic cpr/first aide training? What’s going on here and elsewhere throughout OUR COUNTRY? The WEAK are BEING CULLED!
If I was a police, I would have given them an escort to the hospital.
It’s not rocket science, it makes perfect sense, to me. Police training in the 70′ and 80’s started changing, away from protecting the rights of citizens, toward military tactics. They soon realized that some intelligent officers could see the harm in this, so they got rid of them and changed their hiring practices. Now the cops are all trained to attack first, so the enemy cannot have a chance to atack you, and everybody who is not in your army must be considered an enemy.
I have a plan to kill 100 cops at once not one or two
