Steve Roberts from Santee, CA has been told by apartment managers that he can’t fly his American flag inside his apartment and refuses to renew his lease until he takes it down.
Even though flying the flag abides by the rules set forth in his lease and even though he even obtained permission beforehand, it seems that when new management took over their district office demanded the flag be removed.
This is the 3rd such case we’ve seen recently where our American Flag is somehow deemed ‘offensive’. One case where a man was fined $8000 dollars for having a tiny flag out of his flowerpot, another where students couldn’t fly our flag on Cinco de Mayo, and yet another where a man was told he couldn’t fly the flag as it might offend Muslims.
shoot ’em. these bastards all need to die. this is America damn it … we shall fly our flag proudly!!!
Myself personally I do not put up ANY flag, but the fact they are saying he cant live there because he has a country flag up seems really pointless
um no I wouldnt take it down and Id take their happy asses to court

I HAVE 5 FLYING AND WILL KEEP THEM FLYING, I OWN MY LAND AND HOME. IF I RENTED AND THEY TOLD ME I COULD NOT FLY MY FLAG I WOULD BE MOVING.
Then somebody better get busy and remove all the Mexican flags, all European country flags, and every other flag you can find. If you can harass an American over a flag in America you better get them all !
If the American flag offends you, then get the hell out of America!
If the people are offended by our flag they need to move out of our country.
