A man from Gresham, Oregon was recently arrested, fined $5000 and claims he was assaulted multiple times for filming a militarized police action. These cops were dressed not like police but like military clothing and driving tank-like trucks.

Wow he was in the right all the way. If you’re gonna protect and serve you better know the laws. There has been too many reports of people suing police departments and winning cuz the police officer arrested wrongfully arrested them. This money could be used to provide better training for officers.
As the Police become more and more radicalized, this problem will get worse and worse. Law abiding citizens should not have to live in fear of the Police.

Even though he was still filming he backed out of the street and up his own driveway. They had no right to come on his property without a warrant. I hope he sue’s the pants off that city.
