A Sacramento County sheriff’s deputy is on paid leave after a video surfaced showing him stomping on a man’s head, then using his foot to keep the man’s head pinned against the ground.
This was after the cop pepper sprayed him in the face and tasered him.
The man, 51-year-old John Madison Reyes, states the incident started when he asked the cop to move his patrol car that was blocking the road.
I was wondering the same thing, Kathy. Looks like he is about that age. Let’s see if he practices what he preaches. Probably not. Good for everyone else, but not the “elite.”
I’ve never had a cop mistreat me and I’ve been arrested many times in my past….because I WAS BREAKING THE LAW!! LOL…. y’all are a buncha spinners
The op needs to be put down like the wild dog that he is. Give the SOB some good street justice, and his department can pick up whats left.
How does the white car get passed the street that is ” blocked” by the police car? Why is the police car and “victims” car not in the video? They some how ended up way down the street. The “victim” is on probation and has a concealed carry permit… iis it illegal for a felon to own a gun? Where is the “victims” gun?
We should riot..
hard to make a judgement when you cant see the whole encounter… might have started off rough, then got worse as the camera appeared
That was totally uncalled for , Not only should he be fired he should be prosecuted for assault.
I I don’t see the “victim” in hand cuffs? I guess that’s not resisting arrest? Don’t argue with cops, take the ticket and go to court. … that’s where you argue.
He needs to be fired!! This was s senseless act of crime!!
I feel so sorry for the GOOD cops out there!!! These wackos are ruining their image.
