A Sacramento County sheriff’s deputy is on paid leave after a video surfaced showing him stomping on a man’s head, then using his foot to keep the man’s head pinned against the ground.
This was after the cop pepper sprayed him in the face and tasered him.
The man, 51-year-old John Madison Reyes, states the incident started when he asked the cop to move his patrol car that was blocking the road.
I don’t think the 4th.ammendment gives us the right to ride rough shot over the authority of the cops and disrespect them.Laws are on the books to protect us and the police are here to enforce the laws.
I agree with you Teresa!!
Well, dont ask them to move the car.
If you mess up on your job don’t you feel you deserve a chance to give your version of what happened?
What are the unions putting in the Police News letters?
0now that is a straight up pig!!!!!
How did he ask the officer to move his car? I can’t believe that happens from a “question”. there is a principle mentioned in Gods word about a fools mouth inviting a beating. Not saying this was justified but let’s hear the whole story.
??????????
Wtf?
Cops are tested for drugs as are firemen and truck drivers.
