The Obama administration is full of people who have no moral compass and subscribe to situational ethics, determined by how much political currency they will gain by making various decisions. It is also clear that neither Obama nor his officers are interested in supporting and protecting the common welfare of the American people when they have an alternative agenda to promote. Only occasionally are they directly called on it as happened when Senator Jeff Sessions was directly questioning Attorney General Loretta Lynch about illegal aliens living in this country.
