Dr Attar is one of the Muslim doctors arrested in Detroit for performing female genital mutilation on young girls. His legal team is arguing that this practice is a fundamental pillar of Islam and as such should be constitutionally protected as a religious right.
“They have a religious belief to practice their religion. And they are Muslims and they’re being under attack because of it. I believe that they are being persecuted because of their religious beliefs and I do not make that allegation lightly,” Chartier said….”
Mary Chartier, the lawyer leading Dr. Attar’s legal defense team, points out a very interesting but overlooked aspect of Islam. FGM is a mandated practice for devout Muslims. The prophet Muhammad taught that it was a duty and an honor for Muslim men to cut off women’s clitorises.

Why is it obligatory? Because Muhammad is held to have said so: “Abu al- Malih ibn Usama’s father relates that the Prophet said: ‘Circumcision is a law for men and a preservation of honour for women.’” — Ahmad Ibn Hanbal 5:75”
President Trump’s administration is actively opposed to both female genital mutilation and sharia law taking over American society. The Department of Justice implemented a new nationwide campaign last month to fight the unprecedented rise in female genital mutilation and prosecutors are standing strong.
“This brutal practice is conducted on girls for one reason, to control them as women. FGM will not be tolerated in the United States,” the prosecutor said in a statement. “The federal government is continuing this investigation to ensure those responsible are brought to justice.
However, Dr. Atter’s attorney warns that this fight to protect young girls from castration at the hands of their parents is far from over.
“I do believe that the government does not fully understand the religious practices of Dr. Attar and Dr. Attar’s religion, and I think that’s why we are in this courthouse today, and what we’ll be fighting over for the next few months,” Chartier said.
Critics of increased Muslim immigration predict such cases as currently being heard in connection to Dr. Attar will continue to increase and put the Department of Justice between a rock and a hard place. There is a historical connection between Islam and female castration.
“That’s why it is so common around the world. A Muslim cleric in Russia said that “all women should be circumcised.”
A Muslim cleric in India likewise urged that it be done.
A Muslim cleric in Australia said that Islamic law permitted the practice.
A leading U.S. Muslim jurist from the Assembly of Muslim Jurists of America (AMJA) said it was an “honor” in Islam. A marabout — a Muslim holy man — was arrested in France for having it done on his daughters.
In the UK, there were 5,500 cases of FGM in 2016 alone.
It is commonly claimed to be an East African problem, but 93% of Muslim women in Malaysia have suffered this procedure, and it is common in Indonesia. In one province in Iran, 60% of the women have suffered FGM.”
Finding out exactly what is taught among the different Muslim sects enables concerned citizens to make informed decisions. It sounds very crude to say today but historical evidence does indicate the Prophet Muhammad married a 6-year-old girl and that it was a matter of honor for Muslim men to castrate their women.
The left likes to cry that Hillary Clinton lost because she was a strong female leader and a feminist. But, is that true? Clinton also supports increasing immigration from Radical Muslim countries and their “right” to practice traditional Islam (female castration and worshiping of pedophiles) in America.
The left likes to cry President Trump and conservatives hate women and actively trying to take away their rights at every turn. But, is that true? President Trump and Republicans are the ones fighting to protect young women and girls with little media coverage or acknowledgment.
One is a part of a hidden globalist agenda to destroy America and will stop at nothing to accomplish this vision. Even if it means ignoring that the CDC acknowledges there is now a 4-fold increase of genital mutilation in girls under 18 and that half a million girls have either already been harmed or at risk.
While the other will do the right thing without public acclaim or support because he is the president and under his watch, this is still America.

Muslims can’t be legitimate Americans, they can’t believe in Constitutional law and believe in the quran at the same time. Since they won’t assimilate and since they believe Islamic law to be superior to the law of the land, the most they could be are alien residents.

Two questions: 1. Has anyone asked the AMA where they stand on this? 2. Would Dr Attar agree to a partial penisectomy to prove that FGM is harmless and beneficial?
