Things just got serious in North Dakota, and if they continue at the rate they’re going, they may get very, very ugly as well.
For the past month or so, the nation’s attention has been captured by the bands of protestors gathering near the Standing Rock Indian reservation. Claiming that a planned pipeline would contaminate the water the resident Native Americans drink, the demonstrators have gathered in support of them and urged construction on the Dakota Access Pipeline to cease. Supporters of the pipeline, however, maintain that it doesn’t actually run through the reservation and that a number of similar lines already exist in the area.
Regardless of where one stands on the issue, the possibility for escalation between the protestors and law enforcement should give anyone who considers themselves concerned with justice pause and make them pray for a peaceful resolution.

Susan…just keep repeating the lie…this almost completed line IS NOT being built on Indian Lands…NOT!
Who is actually paying for the pipeline anyway?
You and Me pay profits to them at the pump
Katherine…this line is being constructed on PRIVATE LANDS and NOT Indian lands that we gave them…the Indian “leaders” are mad that they are not being paid millions that they thought they would be entitled too.
Ahh, not good. Then they need to rethink what they are doing.
Harry…What does this even mean? Building a pipeline thus helping our Nation to become more energy independent rather than buying oil from Middle Eastern countries that hate the US using oil profits to finance terrorism worldwide.
Bryan…because Obama doesn’t want to stop the illegals from crossing as he has basically told the Border Patrol to stand down….surveillance flights stopped several days ago, etc.
These “protestors” like Jill Stein are there to get press. They are trespassing on PRIVATE PROPERTY and are NOT on the RES. The line is entirely on PRIVATE PROPERY and not on Indian Lands which they were given. Again it’s all about millions that the Indain leadership thought they were entitled to. Once again it’s all about $$$$$$$$$$$$.
most of them do not even know what they are protesting for out side of hearsay. it is time them to grow up and go home.
My question is …that the government really needs to focuse on those terrorist/ a radical Muslims compounds and other facilities ,armed with guns and other military equipment ,that looks like they’re about to go to war against this country
Why are that not this dedicated with the BLM groups across the nation, that are not doing anything but destroying cities, businesses, and personal property and hurting fellow American citizens.. These people were awarded this land that they are protesting for. Not at all acceptable or warranted because this current administration wants to sell their land out from under them or destroy it with another money making scheme of some sort, when has anything panned out that this administration has tried…. Not even acceptable. is this really our law enforcement or is this the enforcement of the help of the U.N.?? I can not believe our law enforcements would help do this, or why they would.
