Korean war veteran Robert Willits and his wife Judy are battling their homeowners association who insist that they remove the American and MIA flag flying in their yard.
The couple moved to the Fieldstone neighborhood in Greenfield, IN at the end of last year and installed the flagpole over the summer.
Now their HOA demands that they remove the flags or pay $500 fine for legal fees.

hoa needs to change rules and r they in writing he has the right to fly flag he fought for it did u he gave u the right to protest i find he s more worthy than ur assoc.

Stand your ground are lose the RIGHTS that you and lots of other were willing to died to protect. A lot of our Forefathers and Mothers did died to protect. Navy retired.
HOA’S are the most UnAmerican contract you could sign . I do support his right to fly the flags . I would never sign up to a homeowners association if my life depended on it
