Petro Poroshenko now exists as the Ukraine’s fifth president and tries not to rattle Russia’s cage too often, as the last time he dealt with Putin, he lost Crimea to the annexation by the Kremlin.  Still, Russia eyes the Ukraine hungrily, knowing that to possess it would be one more step in the direction of restoring the great Soviet Union to its former glory.  No one should ever forget that Putin is a former KGB agent of renown and remembers the splendor of operating without boundaries or rules.

On the Government in Kiev:  The interests of the Russian and the Ukrainian peoples are the same. What isn’t the same is the aims of the Ukrainian government and elites.

TRANSLATION:  The government of our former “real estate” is nothing more than a second-rate European-puppet who are one with the idea that the only way they can keep their own people in check is to constantly pump out fake news about how evil the Russian empire is and how we’re coming to get them in their sleep.  Let me tell you something:  those that believe that Ukraine and Russia are completely at odds have no idea the depth to which we as Russians will go to secure that real estate and to make those Ukrainian people great once again under one, big, red flag.

If Hillary had been elected, you can bet your rubles that Ukraine within four years would have voted in a “free election” to re-join Russia as its territory.
