These cases are extremely common. It’s almost every week now when you hear of a case where somebody left their young child in a hot car and they end up in horrible condition, sometimes even dead.
These people are swiftly apprehended, put on trial and locked up. Rightfully so.
What happens when one of these people is a judge? Is he locked up? Is he given the same scrutiny that ordinary citizens are given under the law?

Lock him in a hot car for 8 hours.
This is a simple equasion.
The judge simply needs to be killed period
Poor little fellow. Where was his mother? I agree with the commentators, he should be locked in a hot car for 8 hours till he is dead.
Make an example of him. Hang hom in the Court Yard.
RIP
hell yes he needs to be charged…he is not above the law just because he is a judge…poor baby
he needs to be charged just like any other human that leaves kids in hot cars and the kid dies….poor little angel…RIP
true justice would make him subject to the same treatment he has given to those families that had to appear before him in court. he should not receive any special treatment due to his position, that is unjust and inappropriate.
When law makers and law enforcers think they are above the law. ..
You know this was a horrifying accident right? I am not saying he should not face negligent homicide charges, but he did not do this on purpose. He didn’t just “leave the child to die”. He inadvertently forgot the child. When my now 11 year old was 5 months old, like a dern fool, I forgot her in the car. Thankfully it was 9:30 at night in October. When I got back in the car I was SO freaked out. The only thing I could say over and over was that people go to jail for this. I could NOT believe I had done that. She is my third child. I understand that some cannot possibly comprehend how this happens to parents. It shouldn’t I know, but as we busy ourselves with so much stuff, our brains become over loaded. I know of a past coworker of my husband who had this happen a couple years ago. The guilt a parent has to live through will never surp$#%&!@* what a judge can hand down. These people are not going into beer joint or grocery store and leaving their children intentionally, these are serious freak accidents. They do come with consequences, yes, but not crucification.
