Caving in to outcries that they represent the South’s racist past, Greg Fenves, the president of the University of Texas in Austin, announced on Thursday that the statue of Jefferson Davis will be removed from the campus’s Main Mall and moved to the school’s Dolph Briscoe Center for American History.
The statue of Woodrow Wilson was moved as well to “maintain symmetry on the mall.”

C**p..It’s part of our history..
YOU CAN’T CHANGE HISTORY!!! It happened!!! It’s over!! You can’t go back and rewrite it the way you want to BELIEVE it should have happened. Your thinking is all screwed up. And those bowing to your complaints have no backbone.
Greg Fenves, the president of the University of Texas in Austin, is a pathetic$#%&!@*and I seriously doubt his school’s degrees are fit to wipe your$#%&!@*with.
Well this seriously offends me.
No way
It is sad when we deny who we are. The civil war is an important part of our history. It is when we went to war against those who owned others. Everything can be looked at from a positive or negative way. We have to stop caving to those negative forces.
Woodrow Wilson of all….
POS
HISTORY, AMERICAN HISTORY!!!!! STOP the STUPIDITY!!!!! Its Our History and Our History Should Remain Our HISTORY!!!!!!!
Racist black bastards. Time will come.
