Countering claims that Donald is a bigot and elitist, Ivanka said that what matters to him is not what race or gender someone is but how well they can do their jobs. She cites this emphasis on meritocracy as one of the key factors in her father’s massive success as an entrepreneur as well as the dearth of female executives at the Trump Organization:
“My father values talent. He recognizes real knowledge and skill when he finds it. He is colorblind and gender-neutral. He hires the best person for the job, period. Words and promises, no matter how visionary they sound, will only get you so far. In our business, you’re not a builder unless you’ve got a building to show for it or, in my father’s case, city skylines.
Most people strive their entire lives to achieve great success in a single industry. My father has succeeded in many at the highest level and on a global scale. One of the reasons he has thrived as an entrepreneur is because he listens to everyone. Billionaire executives don’t usually ask the people doing the work for their opinions of the work. My father is an exception. On every one of his projects, you’ll see him talking to the super, the painter, the engineers, the electricians. He’ll ask for their feedback; if they think something should be done differently or could be done better.
When Donald Trump is in charge, all that counts is ability, effort and excellence. This has long been the philosophy at the Trump Organization. At my family’s company, there are more female than male executives. Women are paid equally for the work that we do, and when a woman becomes a mother, she is supported, not shut out. Women represent 46 percent of the total U.S. labor force, and 40 percent of American households have female primary breadwinners.
In 2014, women made 83 cents for every dollar earned by a man. Single women without children earned 94 cents for each dollar earned by a man, whereas married mothers made only 77 cents.”
Donald Trump’s family is certainly made up of impressive people. As future vice president Mike Pense said “Now, you know, while Donald Trump was taking my measure as a possible running mate, I did some observing myself. I’ve seen the way he deals with people who work for him at every level. And I’ve seen the way they feel about working for him.

If Hillary Clinton becomes president, she will kill off our Constitution and bring in a socialist government in full force. Don’t be too concerned that Ivanka threw liberals a few bones – Donald Trump promises to dismantle the ‘rigged system’ and fight off the globalist, Marxist forces that encroaches on our society.

In this day of screwed up kids, it really says something when a man can raise kids like these. It looks like his choice of friends isn’t too bad either. Hard to square what we’ve learned with the ‘racist’ label the liberals are trying to make stick.
