Islamic State Comm. of Research and Fatwas Codifies Sex With Infidel Captives

The barbarous nature of the Islamic State (ISIS) which is running rampant through Iraq, Syria, and other parts of the Middle East is something out of the 7th century when Islam was born. It is difficult to understand how apologists can claim that these depredations, committed under directives citing the Qu’ran and harking to the approval of Allah can be summarily dismissed as “non-Islamic.”

To be sure it must be embarrassing and difficult for non-ISIS Muslims to watch what is happening, but the number of terrorist Muslim groups, over 100 in one report, shows that such activities are not inconsequential “rogue” practitioners, but part of a large subset of the religion.

A newly captured Fatwa or religious ruling from the ISIS Committee of Research and Fatwas indicates in specific detail how ISIS slave owners must treat the infidel female captives they gather in their territorial onslaughts.  Specifically, Fatwa No. 64, dated January 29, 2015, which was part of a cache of documents seized by U.S. special forces in a raid in eastern Syria last May, outlines some of the “violations” practiced by ISIS members towards women who have been captured during recent raids to conquer territory for ISIS.

One key point is that the keeping of slaves is the will of Allah and is the expected result of jihad or holy war in the name of Allah. Of course the Islamic religion was borne of tribal fighting and warfare during the day of Mohammed, so the idea that slavery is a natural outcome of such warfare might be expected.
