Incriminating emails to and from Lois Lerner over a two-year period have conveniently disappeared, calling into question the cooperation by the IRS in the investigation of the agency.
[The] Ways and Means Committee Chairman Dave Camp (R-MI) issued the following statement regarding the Internal Revenue Service informing the Committee that they have lost Lois Lerner emails from a period of January 2009 – April 2011. Due to a supposed computer crash, the agency only has Lerner emails to and from other IRS employees during this time frame. The IRS claims it cannot produce emails written only to or from Lerner and outside agencies or groups, such as the White House, Treasury, Department of Justice, FEC, or Democrat offices.“The fact that I am just learning about this, over a year into the investigation, is completely unacceptable and now calls into question the credibility of the IRS’s response to Congressional inquiries. There needs to be an immediate investigation and forensic audit by Department of Justice as well as the Inspector General.
Earlier testimony by the IRS commissioner in response to Rep. Jason Chaffetz indicated the emails had been appropriately archived. Who do you think is lying?

Someone has to pay for this coverup! E-mails are hidden somewhere!
They have to have backups. Plus their service provider and the NSA have copies. The IRS is lying!

What continues to baffle me is the naïveté shown by Americans, in believing everything that happens to this country is a random series of events.
Our citizens continue to cling to the ideals of nobility and justice in government, to hang onto the delusion that those in power represent them and their best interests. They sing loudly the chorus of transparency among leaders, still convinced those at the top do nothing in secret or without their approval.
Meanwhile, most folks CONSPIRE THEMSELVES to act in secret.
Maybe they close the bedroom door so the kids won’t know what’s going on. Or they win lottery money they don’t declare as income. Or they connive and go behind others backs to achieve some surreptitious aim.
YET, MOST STILL BELIEVE THEIR BELOVED POLITICIANS (regardless of party) WOULD NOT DO THE SAME.
Or, if they acknowledge the possibility, they think it is just business as usual. Point out to them that it’s happening before their very noses, and you are branded a conspiracy nut.
If you ask most Americans, they’ll tell you politicians are crooked robber barons, adulterers and first order cheats. But in the same breath they shout how much better the NEW candidate is going to be.
Seriously, people, listen to yourselves.
