Donald Trump positioned himself as the law and order candidate at last year’s Republican National Convention. This week, we got a glimpse at what that might look like.
For years, it has been far too easy to flaunt lawlessness in public. From celebrities openly talking about drug use to protestors vandalizing city streets, it seemed as if the government didn’t have an interest in responding to high-profile disregard for law.
But Trump’s government is obviously working quite differently.
This week, an illegal immigrant held a press conference attacking Donald Trump’s plans to deport criminal aliens illegally residing in the United States. Moments later, she learned that publicizing your illegal status is an incredibly stupid thing to do.

Cost of illegal immigration costs us $113B per year according to the Federation for American Immigration Reform 2013 study. Then there is the individual state costs too ie. CA $25.3B and TX $12.1B annually, tax payer money.
We are $20T in debt and cannot afford to feed and house others. We need to take care of Americans first! Our hard earned money paid into taxes should be spent on us.

Constitution establishes concerning immigration is even more prudent now than it was in 2007.
“We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”
Amendment 14, Section 1 – “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”
Whenever a question arises concerning an important issue such as immigration, the best and most reliable source for finding what this Nation should do in solving any problem that we face is to look to the Constitution.
While there are only two specific references in the Constitution to immigration , stated in this most important of documents as , “naturalization, ” there is clear evidence by the Framers as to what they intended concerning the rights of the people who live in this country and how those rights affect immigrants both legal and illegal.
The two references in the Constitution that specifically mention , “naturalization, ” are found in Article I, Section 8 in creating the authority of the Congress, “To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization.” Thus from a Constitutional stand point it is the responsibility of Congress to establish all laws and rules of naturalization or immigration.
The second reference is located in the 14th Amendment shown above stating that , “All persons born or naturalized in the United States,” are, “citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”
The key thought in the 14th Amendment which along with several other provisions established in the Constitution shows that the intent of the Framers was that only citizens of the United States whether born or naturalized are granted the rights and privileges that are available in America.
While Congress has the Constitutional authority to establish laws of naturalization or immigration they do not have a true Constitutional authority to create blanket legislation that allows non – citizens the rights of born or naturalized Americans. In other words amnesty is technically unconstitutional because it bypasses the laws which are established for immigrants to become American citizens.
Only American or Naturalized Citizens of the United States of America have the right to vote !!!!!!

This compares very well to a single pensioner who after contributing to the growth and development of America for 40 to 50 years can only receive a monthly maximum of $1,012.00 in old age pension and Guaranteed Income Supplement.
Maybe our pensioners should apply as refugees!

The Mexican government has a vested interest in having their citizens break the law and cross our border. Their remittances pay for all the bribes and corruption in the Mexican government. I this were to stop this “failed state” would have to support them and lose all those remittances. I’d like to know what percentage they take of money sent home as Trump was hammered for saying he would tax remittances to pay for the wall. Also we spend 108 billion a year on them between the food stamps, housing, SSI, lost taxes, etc. They could bring down their own corrupt government if they returned and worked to change it. Instead they come here, don’t assimilate, commit felonies and fill up our jails which we taxpayers must foot the bill
