Recently Boise Idaho police officers made a no-knock raid on an apartment complex in order to bust criminals for illegal activities involving drugs.
The cops were there with a search warrant searching for someone with a history of violence and drug use – along with several of this man’s associates. The raid was done late at night: 2:30 A.M., with guns drawn and even a flash bang device used.
Unfortunately for the officers, and more so for the residents of the complex, these cops made a terrible mistake…
STORY CONTINUES ON PAGE TWO:
And they made taxpayers pay for the damages, it should have come out of their own pockets.
I have dogs outside and inside.. they let me know if any one comes with in 100 ft of the front door.. I have a monitor one dog even watches the monitor of the front door and will bark is any thing moves.. cops or no cops.. (who knows these days) could be a mess.
The story is literally about people who didn’t do anything wrong, but got their door broken down.
At least they were adult enough to admit their mistake and start trying to make things better right away instead of hiding behind lawyers
The police is fulling them self
Being remorseful is not good enough. There should be no such thing as no knock raids
they didnt get the wrong address by mistake they do this so they can see how much rights violation people will allow. those whose homes where gone into illegally should sue the dept over it.
apparently they dont know how to read cause every apartment complex has a name and is posted at the entrance.
the mishap was maybe on the warrent
I believe most law enforcement are trying to do their jobs, but, really, they need to get their facts straight, I do not care who you are, I am a taxpaying, law abiding citizen, no one, including the law has a right to bust in my door, you will get shot, notice served.
