Recently Boise Idaho police officers made a no-knock raid on an apartment complex in order to bust criminals for illegal activities involving drugs.
The cops were there with a search warrant searching for someone with a history of violence and drug use – along with several of this man’s associates. The raid was done late at night: 2:30 A.M., with guns drawn and even a flash bang device used.
Unfortunately for the officers, and more so for the residents of the complex, these cops made a terrible mistake…
STORY CONTINUES ON PAGE TWO:
The war on drugs is unconstitutional. To legislate a man’s hunger goes against everything this country was founded on. The same as prohibition, it is a bad idea. It just gives them the opportunity to trample your 4th amendment rights.
Thats how it should be.
Don’t matter just more of the police state of jack boot thugs kicking doors down without any accountability and precautions. Buy me hotel room and watch my apartment really. When they could have caused death and injury for the residents and other in the community! There is nothing to cheer about this mishap of the law enforcement. Heads should be rolling for this miscalculation and endangerment!!!
They will still get shot up
I say let them do illegal searching and entering. Let them get shot dead. Stupid idiots die for not following procedure. No different than an electrician being killed by electricity. Do the job right and live.
I’d have to say if there were “people” crashing through my door at 230 am, there would be lots of other damage than a kicked in door.
Kick in my door and you get shot. Anybody can scream police….. I don’t trust anyone
No knock raids are in violation of the 5th Amendment.
Americans have the right and a duty to shoot police who attempt to violate their liberties.
Kick in my door at 2:30 a.m. and I’ll light you up like a Christmas tree
This is certainly the right way of doing things
