In Columbia, South Carolina, a small discipline issue turned into another sick video of propaganda for Black Lives Matter. A black youth during class was asked to hand over her cell phone. The youth dug in when the principal appeared to again give the youth a chance to relinquish her cell phone. At this point, the brainwashed youth saw the light.
What if she denied authority, and created a situation where police would be called to handle her absolutely arrogant and idiotic behavior? Get the cell phones ready students, this youth is going to create fodder for her leftists disease ideals of resisting all authority in all things.
She is the dull witted product of the left, she is their useful idiot.
See this youth’s play at creating another left ideal situation
You passed your guard card and became a security guard. Great, I am just telling you she would have a great defense against the criminal trespassing.
Plus all the other charges you listed…
In legal cases, “consent” is something that can be taken away at anytime. This is how it applies to rape, theft, trespassing, etc. If I asked to borrow my neighbor’s lawnmower, and they said I could, I have consent. But if they ask for it back, I have lost consent, and if I refuse, I am now committing theft.
The PC 148 A 1 would stick since the order was before he assaulted her.
This guy is an idiot.
Yes, but you are not comparing apples to apples.
She assaulted him 4 times (3 punches, 1 kick) between the time she refused to his order to get up and leave and she refused, in response to which he LAWFULLY put his hand on her shoulder to$#%&!@*her out, and the time she hit the floor. Self defense.
Consent is consent, no matter what the situation, and once it’s gone, you have the legal obligation to respect that. Otherwise you a committing a crime and are now in the wrong in some form or another.
The blacks thinks they can do anything they want to,,that is the problem,,espect comes from Home,,she has none nor her parent has
No, she has no defense against criminal trespass. There is video evidence and a classroom full of eyewitnesses including 2 faculty members and a police officer confirming it. She lost any defense to that and any of the charges that followed as she escalated the situation.
