When he was nominated by President Donald Trump to serve as Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, famed neurosurgeon Ben Carson was subjected to withering criticism from leftist Democrats.
They challenged his credentials for the post, arguing he couldn’t do the job because of his lack of political experience.
In just a matter of a few weeks, Carson has shown he is more than up to the task of managing the massive agency. He ordered an Inspector General (IG) to audit the agency in order to get a real grasp on HUD’s financial condition.
What was uncovered is a shocking amount of waste and financial mismanagement, which Carson has made public. Learn more about the scope of the bookkeeping errors that plague HUD on the next page.
Whenever a financial audit is done of a public or private entity, there are always deficiencies. That is the purpose of the audit, so corrections can be made. Will there be issues of waste or poor bookkeeping? Yes. That does not mean criminal activity happened. You can trust one thing, in a couple years when the next audit is done, there will be deficiencies again. If you think cleaning up the Washington beauracracy is going to happen, you know little of the history of Washington. The beauracracy will still be there long after Trump and Carson are gone. When power changes in the capital, the spoils just go to the other party.
Just goes to show how the democrats were robbing us blind but you will never get the liberal media to cover it
Not a peep about this on news
thanks Ben sir !!!
Did any of you ever take a picture of pile of dogs$#%&!@*and post it and comment on it? If you did, then this would be familiar to you b
Doesn’t surprise me, and they wonder why people are sick of politicians and the people who work under them, all a bunch of thieves that should be in jail!
Great job
Patriot
Well look who was president
To be expected. They have a good man in place. Must be sickening to unveil the dirty deeds perpetrated by SCUM. More distressing to think their are people/BOZOS that cant see it.
