When he was nominated by President Donald Trump to serve as Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, famed neurosurgeon Ben Carson was subjected to withering criticism from leftist Democrats.
They challenged his credentials for the post, arguing he couldn’t do the job because of his lack of political experience.
In just a matter of a few weeks, Carson has shown he is more than up to the task of managing the massive agency. He ordered an Inspector General (IG) to audit the agency in order to get a real grasp on HUD’s financial condition.
What was uncovered is a shocking amount of waste and financial mismanagement, which Carson has made public. Learn more about the scope of the bookkeeping errors that plague HUD on the next page.
Way to go Ben.
The Secretary of HUD is a cabinet position and us a part of the administrative branch of the government; directly under the authority of. And answering to, the President. If there was fraud, the administration that allowed it and the personnel that perpetrated it; were doing the bidding of President Obama. The failure either demonstrates the dishonesty of the employees or their ineptitude.
Not a beaner
Good for him, and that is just the tip of the iceberg of graft going on under Obama. I pray it will all be uncovered.
Obama, how do you like us now ?? 🙂
Great job Dr. CARSO , GOD BLESS AMERICA
What’s the source please?
Thank you for convicting the astronomical incompetency of the Obama admin regarding HUD. You see Jorge I worked for the largest consumer lender for 3 1/2 years. That explanation you gave was EXACTLY the same corporate double-speak I learned to recognize. Dr. Carson DID uncover TO THE PUBLiC that there was a clusterfreak of biblical proportion by the previous Step’n Fetchit regime. It’s being exposed daily in a plethora of departments. I now understand why Obama sympathized with looters, he was the Biggest of them all!
Trillions stolen from Americans that will take generations to recover from.
They’re too busy trying to railroad Trump.
I thought he was unqualified?
