One of the most pernicious practices of big government is it’s meddling into not only how citizens live but where they live.
With homeowners already subjected to onerous regulations and unreasonable oversight, many Americans are turning to alternative means of habitation. Although the first thing that might pop into one’s mind when they hear this is an image of a mountain man living alone in the wilderness, the truth is that a more viable option is available: motorhomes.
With remarkably less expenses to account for and enough room to provide comfortable living quarters for several individuals, RVs are emerging as the domicile of choice for those tired of the high price tag and red tape that comes with traditional homes. But if the Department of Housing and Urban Development has anything to say about this, it won’t be for much longer. You see, HUD is planning to ban motorhome owners from using their vehicles as their primary residence.

NFPA 1192: Standard on Recreational Vehicles is updated and improved for current fire and life safety issues and inspections. With unique characteristics of size and use, recreational vehicles require a distinct set of fire and life safety criteria to guard against the hazards of fire and explosions. Reference the 2015 edition of NFPA 1192: Standard on Recreational Vehicles for comprehensive provisions on egress requirements, fire detection requirements, carbon monoxide detection requirements, as well as the locations and types of fire extinguishers. NFPA 1192 also addresses the correct installation of plumbing, fuel-burning, electrical, and other safety-related systems. Significant revisions impact RV manufacturers, inspectors, and fire protection engineers. Hazards related to propane stoves, transmission overheating during transit, and shorts from 12V connections present serious risks to life and property. Address concerns like these and many more with the revised 2015 edition of NFPA 1192.

Exactly what Carson is doing. And he is uncovering all kinds of fraud from the prior Admin.
Lots of differences in construction, power, plumbing, etc. Look up this ruling & read it.
