How Biden Might Be Planning to Get Governors “Out of the Way”

Needless to say that Republican governors didn’t take Biden’s threat to get them ‘out of the way’ too kindly. Here are some responses to his assertion that he would squash their ability to oppose his vaccine mandates:

Governor Greg Abbott of Texas:

“Biden’s vaccine mandate is an assault on private businesses. I issued an Executive Order protecting Texans’ right to choose whether they get the COVID vaccine & added it to the special session agenda. Texas is already working to halt this power grab.”

Governor Henry McMaster of South Carolina:

“The American Dream has turned into a nightmare under President Biden and the radical Democrats. They have declared war against capitalism, thumbed their noses at the Constitution, and empowered our enemies abroad. Rest assured, we will fight them to the gates of hell to protect the liberty and livelihood of every South Carolinian.”

Governor Parsons of Missouri:

“The Biden Administration’s recent announcement seeking to dictate personal freedom and private business decisions is an insult to our American principles of individual liberty and free enterprise. This heavy-handed action by the federal government is unwelcome in our state and has potentially dangerous consequences for working families. Vaccination protects us from serious illness, but the decision to get vaccinated is a private health care decision that should remain as such. My administration will always fight back against federal power grabs and government overreach that threatens to limit our freedoms.”

How would Biden have these governors removed? It’s possible that Biden intends to declare Governors who oppose him as insurrectionists. To do this he would need to use The fourteenth Amendment.

Amendment 14, Section 3:

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Amendment 14, Section 4:

The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.

With the full backing of the mainstream media machine and Democrats who have been branding the Right as white supremacists, terrorists, fascists and everything in between, it’s not hard to imagine he would make such a move.

So how would this play out? Would Biden simply make this declaration and send in the troops?

Not likely.

While our Republic has been under brutal attack for quite some time and resembles more a socialist nation than what our Founding Fathers intended, we are still not at the point where a sitting president could take such action because there wouldn’t be enough compliance from the police or military.

Justification for such dictatorial actions could be made should the death toll from varients suddenly spike – presenting a great threat. But variants tend to get more contagious and less deadly. So that’s also highly unlikely (as long as Gain of Function isn’t artificially increased towards such an end).

The immediate goal of such a move would likely be to increase the great internal pressure that is already dividing our country. The end goal of that would be civil war. Only in such turmoil would globalists have the opportunity to take the extreme measures necessary to handle the tens of millions of armed patriots.
