It’s now legal for men to use women’s bathrooms, showers, and dressing facilities – and vice-versa – thanks to the passing of the Equal Rights Ordinance in Houston, TX.
Mayor Parker, Houston’s first openly gay mayor, called it “most personally meaningful thing I will ever do as mayor.”
The ordinance’s stated goal is to eliminate discrimination in housing and employment for gays, transgenders – 14-characteristics in total – including race, ethnicity, age, religion and disability.

Parents be on alert when your children use these restrooms, the perverts will be lurking there.
Waiting for the first law suit……………….against the city.
Here’s an idea. Make “unisex” bathrooms for those who want to use the bathroom of the opposite sex. Then the women who don’t want men in their bathrooms won’t have to put up with this BS. The transgender people can have their own bathroom and can go by themselves, not bothering NON-transgender women.
I agree, but just like in the case of the little boy who thinks he is a girl, the school said he could use the teacher/nurses bathroom but it wasn’t good enough. He had to be allowed to use the girls bathroom. They don’t want to compromise!
This world is in a downward spiral. Regardless of what you feel or think, the truth of the matter is the genders are different and we are not all the same. Showing respect is one thing, taking away someone else’s options is not right.
Madness! Remember what happened to Rome?
