Hillary’s 6 Point Plan to Disarm America

Hillary has pulled out her own big guns to war against gun ownership in six-part platform, a “plan to incrementally disarm America”.  Americans need to know about her plan, recognize that she will have the loony-left and Hollywood preaching her objectives and we must fight her at every level.  This is war against Hillary’s gun grabbing agenda.

To left leaning politicians like Clinton, wrote Truth and Action, there is simply no need to have a gun, which makes sense if you have a well-armed security detail protecting you as she does. And although the public has clearly spoken, and in recent years state legislatures have voted in support of the right to bear arms, the Democrats and other leftists keep trying to limit or eliminate that right through various means. That includes Clinton, who as president would surely implement both open and nefarious means to take guns away from the common person she pretends to represent.

Hillary believes that manufactures of guns should be sued for the injury and/or death of an individual.  She used “the UCC attack to boost her media attention, just as Obama did. She sees this as an opportunity to change the law so that shooting victims and their families can sue gun makers”, reported Truth and Action.

 1.  Allow Crime Victims To Sue Gun Manufacturers–Clinton proposes eliminating the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act’s (PLCAA) prohibition to frivolous lawsuits against gun makers.

Even if a gun is lawfully manufactured and sold before it is obtained by a criminal and used in a crime, Hillary believes that the victim of a gun related crime should be able to sue gun maker.  It matters not that they had no knowledge of the crime, the individual, nor the victim, but only that retribution should be made, making the gun manufacturer criminal by default.  That is not America.

2.  Allow Crime Victims to Sue Gun Sellers– It would open up Federal Firearms License holders (FFLs) to suits from crime victims over the misuse of guns that were lawfully sold, then illegally obtained (stolen) by criminals.

Hillary believes that if she hits gun owners with a debilitating lawsuit, much like that of suing the gun manufacturers, then eventually the result will be the “elimination of gun manufacturing” and thus gun ownership.  Again, by taking away a Constitutional right, the left erroneously believes that the bad guys will raise their hands and give up as well.

Hillary also would like to see America more like Australia.  She should just move there if she likes their politics on gun-ownership.

3.  Consider Australian-style gun ban–On October 16 Hillary Clinton held a town hall at Keene State College. An audience member asked, “[Regarding] handguns…Australia recently managed to take away tens of thousands–even millions–of handguns, and in one year they were all gone. Can we do that? And if we can’t, why can’t we?” Clinton answered by pointing not only to Australia but Canada and the UK as well. She described the bans in all three countries as “a good example” of how other countries reacted to high-profile crime and suggested the Australian ban, in particular, “would be worth considering…on the national level” in the U.S.

The trouble in using places such as Australia and the UK as an model of what good gun control looks like, is that the crime rate has remained high, because violent crimes are inflicted with other types of weapons.  Suicides committed with guns are down, but suicide still occurs at a high rate.  Gun related homicide is down, but homicide is not down. The issue is the brokenness of humanity, not the forced removal of the right to bear arms.

4.  Replace Instant Background Checks With Indefinite Background Checks–Clinton wants to expand the time frame in which a background for a gun purchase is conducted, making it an indefinite amount of time. The current time frame is “instant”–via the National Instant Criminal Background Check System–but there is an allowance for the FBI to take up to three days to complete the criminal records search on a would-be gun buyer.

In Hillary’s mind, keeping a person from getting a gun indefinitely will keep gun crime down.   She once said, “that she “has an old fashioned idea” that the people elected a president to keep them safe from terrorism, shootings and foreign invaders.”  So, Hillary will stand guard, armed and ready to protect the woman whose life has been threatened?  Hillary will be the one who will keep terrorists from getting guns and shooting up work places like in San Bernardino, CA?

5.  Outlaw Private Gun Sales–Outlaw private gun sales by implementing universal background checks–the same checks in place in California and Paris. These checks bar gun owners from selling a firearm without government oversight and paperwork.

6.  Add No-Fly List to Background Checks–Add the ambiguous no-fly list to the background checks system’s prohibited persons list, thereby quickly increasing the number of Americans barred from making gun purchases to begin with.

Ultimately, Hillary desires to disarm America, one law abiding citizen at a time.  One’s rights are irrelevant as long as she can make her case that guns kill people, not people kill people.  Ironically, her desire to sue people for making guns argues against her initial instinct that it is the big bad gun that is the culprit, not the man attached to finger pulling the trigger.  She will sue the maker of the trigger, the gun manufacturer who never pulled the trigger in the crime.

One cannot argue with idiots and liberals are just that, but one can make astute conversation with those who have not been indoctrinated with progressive propaganda and recruit right thinking individuals who love freedom and can articulate why the Second Amendment matters.
