Hillary: Unborn Children Don’t Have Constitutional Rights


The Democratic front runner made an appalling statement on “Meet The Press” this past Sunday, stating that only by being born does one have constitutional rights. To Hillary, unborn babies do not, by virtue of Roe v. Wade, have these rights.

Clinton’s far-left positions on abortion came back to the forefront this week after she ripped GOP front-runner Donald Trump for suggesting there would be a form of “punishment” for women who have illicit abortions if they were banned under his administration. “When or if does an unborn child have constitutional rights?” host Chuck Todd asked.

However, Clinton later suggested, “Now that doesn’t mean that we don’t do everything we possibly can in the vast majority of instances to you know help a mother who is carrying a child and wants to make sure that child will be healthy, to have appropriate medical support. It doesn’t mean that you don’t do everything possible to try to fulfill your obligations but it does not include sacrificing the woman’s right to make decisions and I think that’s  an important distinction that under Roe v. Wade we’ve had enshrined under our Constitution.”

“Under our laws, currently, that is not something that exists,” Clinton said. “The unborn person doesn’t have constitutional rights. It doesn’t mean that you don’t do everything possible to try to fulfill your obligations, but it does not include sacrificing the woman’s right to make decisions, and I think that’s an important distinction that, under Roe vs. Wade, we’ve had enshrined under our Constitution.”
Feminists have set up a shrine under the temple of Roe v. Wade, sacrificing 3,000 babies a day on this bloody alter.  According to Hillary, these tiny people don’t have any inalienable rights nor are they endowed by their Creator with anything at all.  They are not equal, nor do they deserve Life, Liberty or the pursuit Happiness, because they are not people, according to Hillary and her army of Feminazis.
In Hillary’s estimation this phrase, “Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it”, does not apply to unborn babies.  Our government is destructive to the lives of these tiny people, living within a womb, relying upon the mother to protect it, and yet this government, under Roe v. Wade, abolishes babies.  Everything an abortion activist stands for is diametrically opposed to the ideas found in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution.
Hillary does not view the unborn child as part of “We the People of the United States”, nor does she believe in Justice for the unborn.  She will not “insure domestic Tranquility” for an unborn baby, as it is not human in her mind.  The common defense and general Welfare only applies to the woman with the womb and not the baby within. Lastly, securing the “Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity”, becomes a sick play on words in the mind of an abortion advocate, for they slaughter Posterity everyday, claiming it is their right and Blessing of Liberty to do so.
