An investigation is currently underway to determine what happened and why, but if the video is any indication, the answer is clear, these kids are just mean.
According the Austin Statesman, Robert Watts, the official hit by Rojas and Moreno, is planning on pressing charges.
This is a perfect example of how the nation’s youth are spiraling out of control, and how it can result in somebody getting hurt. Rojas and Moreno are facing charges, and they many believe they deserve whatever punishment comes their way.
