A group that is reported to be composed of 150 militiamen, which includes three of Cliven Bundy’s sons, has taken over the Malheur Wildlife Refuge Headquarter in Oregon and plans on using it for years as housing for other patriots to come in from across the US to fight the tyranny perpetrated by the Bureau of Land Management.
This is part of an ongoing situation between the BLM and Hammond ranching family. Hammond family members were scheduled to go to jail for burning their land which bled over into federal land. They were charged as terrorists.

The first shot has already been fired. Ruby Ridge Id. The Feds fired the first shot.
As much as America hates Obama, and as much as we all want to fight back there is a fine line between what we should do with our guns and patriotism. I’m a God believing, (dad gun owning), son of an American but if we start another revolution then Oblahblah will declare martial law and stay president but if that happens then the UN will come in and try and take our guns then that’s the last straw then there will be chaos and then the second revolution will be declared.
Yeah that’s about right. The same factions that make the government wholly incompetent due to their political obstruction, now are realizing their fantasy of overthrowing it, to have total$#%&!@*
Yes Jeff there was a reason. And they served the sentence that was set down for them.
And then another judge decides he didn’t like the orginal sentences so he imposed a second sentence.
In what world to we live in that you would think this is ok?
Philpot is most likely part of the ” it’s all the white mans fault ” movement.
JeffRoberts I do know the facts.
Being a Oregon resident for the last 53 years I am well aware what our liberal run state government is trying to do to the RED part of our state.
good ! The sleeping giant is begging to wake up.to an abusive government at last.
Nope, no revolution.
Just another bunch of ineffectual “resisters” going up against a foolish Federal Attorney and some yahoos who set some grass on fire.
Jeff, first off, you fail to realize that they cannot be tried again for the same crime, and re-sentence them for an extended period of time. That is against the Fifth Amendment by every paragraph written in the constitution. Furthermore, I’ve read the article twice and it still makes me laugh that the state government believes their authority supersedes all constitutional rights to the people. Taxpayers have paid their dues to keep the state/federal governments afloat. Therefore, the government also failed to see that they are not the dominant party of authority to ensure the American people prosperity…it’s the people themselves! Government property is the people’s property. They can burn their grass whenever they want, it’s just going to be an inconvenience to the rest of the Oregonian residence who have to pay for the damages.
But, this should be a sign to the government that they are hopelessly forgetting who is in control of this country, and what sort of damage [the government] is conspiring against innocent civilians. These people have the right to counsel, and hold a paramilitary unit to power whenever there is a political unrest.
You should get your ducks in a row before you talk to me, especially when you’re talking to a serviceman. Square up. Read and understand the context carefully instead of lightly, and tell me again why they should be tried again for the same crime and void all their God-given rights to them.
Oh, well here it comes.
