I tried this and it worked. only I put mine in an oblong plastic container to form bricks like rectangles, laid them out to dry and they made excellent fire starters for cold days when you have to use wood that’s not quite dry enough. Or when your fire is completely out.

have you put lint out of the dryer. my grand son use to use it to start camping fires
make sure it is clean and the flu is resin free !!!!!!
I would worry about this dumb idea, because of toxins that maybe in the ink, the paper itself, etc.
I use it for fire starter in my fireplace during the Winter.
