It’s a well known secret that the GOP establishment is no friend of Donald Trump, but so far they’ve been gliding on the wings of denial, refusing for months to believe that the billionaire businessman has a chance to become the party’s official nominee.
Now that Trump has won three states in a row — out of four — it seems they’ve noticed that their Donald Trump fever dream is no dream at all. Republican Nominee Donald Trump is an impending reality, and the party bosses are now realizing its do-or-die time, they’ve got to stop Trump now, or be forced to represent the man they so obviously abhor.
Now they have a plan to do just that. In fact, they’ve got plenty.
They range from the moving of millions of dollars to attack him, to enlisting the help of a twice-beaten former GOP candidate. They’re running out of time, and they’re dumping everything but the kitchen sink.
Will it work? See the GOP’s plan to stop Trump on the next page:
The good old boys running scared would sell out America to save there power in Washington .LAST CHANCE TO SAVE AMERICA GOD BLESS AMERICA VOTE TRUMP
Nice comment James add me up i will like to know you better
So far whenever they attack Trump it makes him look better to the American people. The silent majority is on to their shenanigans !
Bad idea
Yes it will and we have to get them out. That is a must!!!
The electoralvoes are set up as a firewall for people like Trump. You saw how delegates threw Sanders under the bus when they wanted Clinton. The election procedure needs to be addressed.
Good question! Their anointed was Jed, didn’t work, Rubio, not so good, Cruz, don’t like but if he can beat a Trump… It will fly. Bring someone like Romney in at the last minute. I see Trump spending too much time and energy having to fight in his own party because they refuse to narrow the field, and Hillary is already on the attack. Their negative add fund is humongous! Is there anything else they can throw at this man. What does he know that is scaring big business and politicians to death?
Then it is up to us to take it back. In November if there is an incumbent on the ballet, vote them out!
Vote all incumbents out in the November election.
GOP needs to get on board with what Americans want. We vote for their jobs too. VOTE FOR THE PERSON NOT CURRENTLY HOLDING OFFICE.
