Jeff Gray, a long time activist in recording police, has recently released a video showing how he got through DUI checkpoints without saying a word.
His novel idea was to hang a plastic bag outside his rolled up window with the following:
1 – A message stating:
I remain silent
No searches
I want my lawyer
2 – DriverĀ“s license
3 – Registration
4 – Insurance Information
How did police respond upon his pulling up to the checkpoints with this bag hanging outside his car?

Are you sure about Texas? The border issue is a miss I guess.
Oh isn’t that clever, you get back on the road Drunk because you outsmarted the Police who are trying to protect you, your family, and other citizens on our nations highways….aren’t you so very clever…IDIOT.
Dui checkpoints are setup with the assumption that every person coming through is potentially drunk and driving so in other words “guilty until proven innocent” how is that not wrong?
Police care nothing about your constitutional rights. There are good apple and bad apples, but generally they will violate every right they want to and the system backs them up. Then there are all the scared sheeple that allow legislation to be passed to further violate our rights in the name of “the war on terrorism”….
Who Stop you?
To prove truthiness of your religion or science you just have to agree with me even in your heart. You all people of the world Follow the Holy Quran, if you Don’t agree with me? Then if anyone of us will be found liar on The Day Of Judgment will Take other’s whole Nation’s sin, do you agree? You can be agree in your Heart either, Be brave now and agree in your Heart, Don’t Reply to me if you are not faithful to your religion or science even in your Heart, (Don’t relate Pseudo Muslims with Holy Quran)
How do you know that they are “drunk”, we have rights.
I think every one who drinks should not be able to drive at all, Walk ! I will not repost this, cause I hope all drunks spend Life in Jail !
I have zero respect for any nanny state that thinks it has a right or responsibility to stop & check me out to see if I’m breaking a law.
It’s unAmerican. It gives way too much power to police. It opens the door to corruption & planting of evidence. AND it’s a helluva inconvenience. It violates my right to travel unmolested by police.
I should be left alone unless & until I hurt something/someone. Then, & ONLY then, does the state have the right & responsibility to convict me to the fullest extent of the law.
Proof that Muslims are insane. The most nonsensical post I’ve ever seen.
No it not ok to take my time and to make police work easy, don’t think so do your job u get paid for, get out and do real police work and stop feeding the innocent bs stories, you know what also stops drunk driver police doing actual work on the streets, never once passed a check point that actually caught a drunk driver… ok come on idiot and remind us of the one time it worked. If a Drunk driver killed my kid I would be mad at the police because they probably had a million calls about that drunk driver and did nothing to much paperwork. NO? Read how many drunk driving incident were called in before an accident happen where were the police then ? In a check point!
