We all like to be self-sufficient. After all, who knows what tomorrow may bring?
When the power goes out it’s great to have alternative ways to get jobs done, but there are always some tasks that are simpler, easier, and even safer with electricity!

Larry Cadiere I checked into going solar and it’s not a simple process. You have to meet product and installation requirements to tie into the grid. If you want to get off the grid it requires expensive batteries and other electronic equipment.
In some city’s they are making it illegal to collect sun light.
