Why build your own low-cost solar panels?
We all like to be self-sufficient. After all, who knows what tomorrow may bring?
When the power goes out it’s great to have alternative ways to get jobs done, but there are always some tasks that are simpler, easier, and even safer with electricity!
This video shows you the easy steps and simple tools that anyone can use to get up and running with their own solar panels and like the man says, the more of them you build, the easier they get.
So keep your low-power and no-power plans at the ready for a blackout, but why not prep some panels, too, just in case?
Don’t forget to share this article with friends so they can build panels, too.
Making a wind alternator is easy. Google it.
Do your research. Google can help you quite a bit. You’ll need good panels, lots of them ,decent inverters, mounting hardware and wiring. If you are in a good sunny area of the world,at today’s rates, it will probably take you 10 to 20 years to get back your investment. If you are prepping, a small investment may be good to charge batteries. If it sounds too good to be true, it is.
I’m trying this
I don’t see a video or instructions on this post.
I have a warehouse full of panels. $275 per panel. 255 watt. 25 year warranty.

I seen a YouTube video of this guy from Ga.Home made Solar panel’s. Solar works the best when not real hot. He would water his a couple of times a day. When he did the metering system would show that power output go up just about as soon as that cool water hit it. So solar will work the best in a sunny cooler climate.

Dave how big are the panels? Any discount in buying more than one? Can i hook up 10 deep cycle 12v aircraft type batteries as a power reserve to the panels? And how much for the inverter??? Do you sell them?
