Former Mexican President Goes on Anti-Trump Tweet Tirade

In a lengthy Twitter rant, Fox reiterated his dislike of Trump and told him he was not welcome in Mexico. His ire toward Trump is evident every time he is brought up, so much so that the famous Fox F-bomb, regarding Trump’s wall has defined the relationship.

Vicente Fox, former Mexican President, is certainly making waves with his recent exchanges with Donald Trump. Most recently, Fox lashed out at Trump’s wall building promise saying,

“I’m not going to pay for that f*cking wall! He should pay for it. He’s got the money,” he told Fusion in an interview, reported Truth and Action.

Canada, the United States and Mexico should be one union, according to Former Mexican President, Vicente Fox.  He does not want walls, especially Trump built walls, except perhaps to keep Trump out of Mexico.  Truth and Action shared:

“I proposed a ‘NAFTA Plus’ plan to President Bush and Canada’s Prime Minister Jean Chrétien to move us toward a single continental economic union, modeled on the European example,” he wrote in his autobiography Revolution of Hope. “…At summits I took every opportunity to advocate clearly for free-market policies; showing what sound economics could do to fund social justice; arguing for globalism, NAFTA and the Free Trade Area of the Americas.”

The walls built between the two men will never come down; walls of ideology, of economic philosophy and how to effectively leading a nation are just a few divides these men will never bridge.
