Did the Dept. of Defense have the opportunity to take out the suicide bomber was that killed 13 U.S. servicemen but refuse to do so? Did they refuse to do so even with the knowledge of who he was and when and where he would strike?
A bombshell report by Roger Pardo-Maurer, the former U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Western Hemisphere Affairs (2001-2006) given to Jorge Ramos on Univision Noticias on Monday claims that the DoD was complicit in the attack.
