Late last Friday afternoon US Airways issued an apology for the incident aboard Flight 1930:
“We apologize for the situation and are reviewing the incident internally. We have a long and proud history of serving our military members and hold the men and women who serve our country in the highest regard.”
Across social media people have come out stating everything from the flight attendant should be fired to stating that the Marle should not receive any special attention.
Of course, if you service your country like this fine Army Ranger you should get special treatment. How anyone could feel otherwise is unfathomable.
what did he do exactly and why? i didnt see a reason that was given…O.o
Send her the front line with the fighting men then send her to sensitivity training
protest is protected speech
fired? Not so sure about that, is it a regulation that this request is carried out? if so, yes. if not, no….but I do agree with Terry , drop him in the middle of a war zone and IF he makes it out alive, lets ask him again , if he thinks soldiers are indeed worthy of at least a little “hospitality “
