29 year-old Gavin Seim, 29, of Ephrata, PA was arrested merely for asking the police officer why he had pulled him over. Soon, Seim, who is a former congressional candidate, and his father found themselves embroiled in the county court, fighting a series of alleged violations of their Constitutional rights.
Watch the video as the fiery Seims draws lines in the sand, backed by the Constitution. He refuses to give an inch regarding the perceived violations and then incredibly, calls out the judge!
Seim is the personification of how many Constitutionalists and Conservatives feel nationwide .

Stop breaking the law and you’ll find your problems with the law will end
Hey if being a responsible citizen and obeying the law makes me a troll
More $#%&!@*umptions. I’ve never even has a speeding ticket troll. Wrong again Mr try hard
No unjust laws??? You can’t possibly be serious. Are you even in America? I bet not. I admitted to no criminal action or pot use. I stated I was found guilty by a corrupt court/judge that contradicted himself in his statement. He said the cir$#%&!@*stances were su$#%&!@*ious but found me beyond a reasonable doubt guilty. Now most would say if there’s a su$#%&!@*ion of the cir$#%&!@*stance that would be considered a reasonable doubt. Now I wouldn’t expect you at this point to be reasonable or comprehend an actual statement. I don’t have problems with the law as you $#%&!@*ume I do and this instance involved a cat (felis catus or felis silvestris catus) being outside, a NON CRIMINAL offense. Supporting the legalization of marijuana in no way implies that I use it. Now I know your reading comprehension lacks severely but if I was you I’d consider reading and learning about important topics and attempt to form logical thought processes instead of inference and implication due to the said lack of comprehension. Good day sir
Its getting out of hand, and Obama is in control, taking our rights away.
“I’ve been a victim of tyranny of the court. When a judge says in the same breath, same sentence “I find the cir$#%&!@*stances su$#%&!@*ious but find you beyond a reasonable doubt guilty”
You admitted to being convicted
You are a convicted criminal…. fact
You obviously think your disagreement with a law makes 8t unjust or uncons$#%&!@*utional. …. and they dint have trails to beyond a reasonable doubt for non criminal issue. .. in civil issues the legal threshold is much lower
Oh yes sir they have trials for traffic court to beyond a reasonable doubt. It was a misdemeanor offense not something one goes to prison for. Hahaha. Your lack of knowledge is astounding! Now I now you are not an American citizen.
