29 year-old Gavin Seim, 29, of Ephrata, PA was arrested merely for asking the police officer why he had pulled him over. Soon, Seim, who is a former congressional candidate, and his father found themselves embroiled in the county court, fighting a series of alleged violations of their Constitutional rights.

The very first definition applies in that case. Cruel and unfair treatment by people with power over others.
It’s the start Jason Lane. Anyone who thinks it’s not is the naive one. People who ignore it are inviting said oppressive government. “Poor little naive kids” hahahahahahaha
I know your pissed pot is still not legal but that does not equal tyranny
The criminals should have gotten locked up for contempt of gourt5.. judge was actually quite forgiving
people this is happening all over. WE THE PEOPLE better take a stand or we will be living in a total dictatorship. please prepare yourself.
All the court magistrates and clerks should meet the business end of a hemp noose just as ALL that condone and accept these tyrants should!
Quite the contrary Jason Lane. Pot is very legal here in Colorado. Try again.
The judge was an idiot. All the proper things were done to allow cameras in the courtroom, the press were there too. For her to say it’s her courtroom is an example of the power going to her head. I’ve been a victim of tyranny of the court. When a judge says in the same breath, same sentence “I find the cir$#%&!@*stances su$#%&!@*ious but find you beyond a reasonable doubt guilty”, that’s tyranny.
It is her court room
I have no doubt you’ve been in the wrong side of the criminal justice system
