According to DOJ documents, federal agents have arrested three men from Gaston County, North Carolina, on conspiracy charges in a plot attack the government. The men are accused of prepping for a martial law scenario by stockpiling weapons, ammunition, tactical gear and attempting to rig home-made explosives.
The complaint against the three men, Walter Eugene Litteral, 50, Christopher James Barker, 41, and Christopher Todd Campbell, 30, mentions Jade Helm 15 as having fueled their impetus to ‘violate federal laws’.

How can prepping for something be a federal crime unless they were not allowed to own weapons or there was a victim? Like Jason said the state cannot be a victim. So….what was the crime committed?
Tut explosives and booby traps- even on your own land- is illegal.he only violation was home made explosives. Everything else they had was legal. B
What crime??????????????????
My god this is insane
and so it begins
These are good boys… why are they being picked on?
I believe that we are entering a time where our government is over stepping all rights and becoming more and more totalitarian. Limiting party options for president. Eliminating civil rights. Forcing the education of foreign religions in schools. Allowing people to stomp on our flag without consequence… Etc… Our very constitution says these things are not to happen. Desecration of the flag is against the law practice of religion in school against the law. A government becoming to powerful and no longer being or the people all a violation of our civil liberties. Constitution states any one individual has responsibility to stand against and if necessary overthrow our own government if it has reached this point…..
Prepping for Martial Law is a crime?…..I think Truth and Action needs to rethink their name. They got arrested for something far more serious then prepping, pretty misleading. How many guns is considered overstocking, this is important to know, is there a limit on the amount of guns one can own?
here we go……
The FBI became aware that Litteral and Campbell wanted to manufacture destructive devices such as pipe bombs and grenades and possessed some of the needed components. According to the investigation, Barker provided Litteral with pipe fittings, which are needed to manufacture pipe bombs. Litteral also discussed testing the destructive devices in Shelby, N.C., with Barker present for the testing. Making reference to the explosion, court records indicate that Litteral said, “it is going to be great.”
In addition to purchasing the military supplies, Litteral also tried to purchase a firearm and ammunition for Barker. According to court records, Litteral filled out the required form with his own information, even though the gun was intended for Barker. Using his own debit card, Barker purchased ammunition and a large capacity magazine for the gun. Barker’s prior criminal felony convictions prohibit him from purchasing or possessing a firearm or ammunition.
