Federal Judge, Author Who Rails Against Racial Profiling Forced To Racially Profile

When is racial profiling, racial profiling?  According to Federal Judge Susan Dlott, “there really is no difference between black and white crime, but in her world, white people do it too. In the same amount. They just don’t get caught.”

Judge Dlott is the “national heroine to outlaw and re-define racial profiling.”

The Cincinnati Enquirer described her as an “unabashed liberal.” Which to them was a compliment. “Now the future of race relations in the Queen City may be in her hands. She’s overseeing an unprecedented effort to resolve a racial profiling lawsuit that accuses Cincinnati police of detaining African-Americans because of their skin color.

Yet, when Dlott came face to face with attackers in her own home, she described them as she saw them as “three black men wearing masks”.

Was this racial profiling or just checking the ethnicity box for 911 dispatch?
