Federal Judge Orders New Search for Hillary Clinton’s Missing Benghazi Emails

Judicial Watch has announced a breaking development in the Hillary Clinton missing emails scandal.

Judicial Watch announced that on August 8, 2017, D.C. District Court Judge Amit P. Mehta ordered the State Department “to search the state.gov e-mail accounts of Huma Abedin, Cheryl Mills, and Jacob Sullivan,” former aides of Hillary Clinton during her tenure as Secretary of State. The State Department is ordered to search in those accounts “for records responsive to [Judicial Watch’s] March 4, 2015, FOIA [Freedom of Information Act] request.” (A separate Judicial Watch FOIA lawsuit first broke open the Clinton email scandal.)

The State Department has until September 22, 2017, to update the court on the status of the supplemental search and production of additional emails to Judicial Watch.

Now here is where things get interesting. Or in other words, everything is not as it seems. D.C. District Court Judge Amit P. Mehta is an Obama appointee.

President Trump isn’t enjoying the rigged hand Obama was given. The DOJ, State Department, and numerous other sectors of government are chock-full with Obama loyalist leftovers.

“There has been no substantial change whatsoever in the Rex Tillerson State Department or the Jeff Sessions Justice Department about Mrs. Clinton’s emails and an Obama appointee to the bench said, ‘I’m not buying this argument, you’re going to look for those emails.’ This is the world turned upside down,” he said.

In order to find the emails, State Department servers “which have captured 100% of these aides’ emails used on that server” must be searched, Judge Napolitano said. In his opinion, “the Sessions Justice Department and the Tillerson State Department are trying to protect Mrs. Clinton.”

It seems more plausible than not that the Obama war room may have instructed Judge Mehta to reorder the investigation into the missing emails. Think about it. He knows he still has a foot in the door with both the State Department and the DOJ. He knows nothing different will probably be brought up with this new search. The same corrupt players are in place and still being lead by the same con man. So, he plays a move to destabilize the people’s faith in democracy, justice, and their President. He orders his loyal judicial appointee to reopen the investigation. Another way you could look at this is sadistic psychological warfare. Don’t bite the hook. Hillary will be brought to justice. It might not be this year, but it will happen. The important thing is to not fall for these traps deliberately set out to make us lose faith in the constitution and our country.
