The FBI has released two videos of the chase and final moments that led to the death of LaVoy Finicum, one of the ranchers who had been occupying the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge building. There had been a good deal of controversy as to whether Finicum was pointing a weapon at police or FBI agents when his vehicle was forced off the road into a snow bank. It is clear that police and government agents were determined to regain control of the protest, and to show the ranchers who really owns the Western lands.
The ranchers were headed to a meeting in another town at the time when law enforcement decided to set up a road block and apprehend those going to the meeting. In the video it appears that Finicum exits the truck and agents are on either side of him. The snow is deep and it is difficult for anyone to quickly move through the drifts.

It looks to me he was shot in the back by the guy coming out of the woods …. this is cold blooded murder the shooter or shooters need to be behind bars
Charge them
His jacket was also zipped up, as you can see from the same video, so why would he reach for his left pocket if he was right handed? Wouldn’t he have it in his right hand?
