The FBI has released two videos of the chase and final moments that led to the death of LaVoy Finicum, one of the ranchers who had been occupying the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge building. There had been a good deal of controversy as to whether Finicum was pointing a weapon at police or FBI agents when his vehicle was forced off the road into a snow bank. It is clear that police and government agents were determined to regain control of the protest, and to show the ranchers who really owns the Western lands.
The ranchers were headed to a meeting in another town at the time when law enforcement decided to set up a road block and apprehend those going to the meeting. In the video it appears that Finicum exits the truck and agents are on either side of him. The snow is deep and it is difficult for anyone to quickly move through the drifts.

They have to justify their job. Sounds like another Waco an/or Ruby Ridge to alot of people..
More I look into this , I’d say it’s lynching
he sure did have his hands in the air and it did not appear he rushed them at all- what constituted the need for deadly force here?
Yes, I see in the video. They shot him in the back. He grabbed the wound and they finished him off…
I think they want an uprising, so that they can start the carnage.
well when do we see people rising up to protest this?
It looked to me as if he grabbed his side where they shot him. Looks like murder in the first.
