Owners Cynthia and Robert Gifford of the Liberty Ridge Farm in New York have been fined $13,000 for refusing to host a gay wedding.
The Gifford’s host approximately 12 weddings at their farm per year, but refused to host one for a lesbian couple as they feel it would violate their religious beliefs.
But the New York State Division of Human Rights ruled that because the Liberty Ridge Farm is open to the public for specific events, like weddings, it must be classified as a “public accommodation.” This places the farm under a sexual orientation non-discrimination state ordinance.

We need to get all these gay judges out of office ! RECALL, OR VOTE THEM OUT !
Their farm they shouldn’t have to do anything they don’t want to on or with it.
It is there property and their business and no judge or Human Rights group should have any say in what they do with their business. Gays were not meant to be… Read the Bible Judge
God will be the judge!
