Owners Cynthia and Robert Gifford of the Liberty Ridge Farm in New York have been fined $13,000 for refusing to host a gay wedding.
The Gifford’s host approximately 12 weddings at their farm per year, but refused to host one for a lesbian couple as they feel it would violate their religious beliefs.
But the New York State Division of Human Rights ruled that because the Liberty Ridge Farm is open to the public for specific events, like weddings, it must be classified as a “public accommodation.” This places the farm under a sexual orientation non-discrimination state ordinance.

The state of New York is not in the business of pushing private land owner around . They should return the fine and get out of the harassment game.
Bull$#%&!@*
My sister n law is gay. She and her wife went 2 Canada 2 get married. Love them 2 death. But God made man and woman 2 be married, He will not bless a union of same sex marriage. And i dont think it should be forced and others as being right. They should have found a place that didnt mind holding a gay wedding.
I’d do the wedding but I would put Offensive signs in remote obscure places that the guests could see .
Rather pay the fine to the sodomite people then allow bunch of sodomites to get married on my property.
hell with the gov !!
We shouldnt be made to do what we dont believe in or feel uncomfy about, he shouldnt be fined for that this is c**p
Hang in there
It’s there right to refuse anyone on there property.
