Owners Cynthia and Robert Gifford of the Liberty Ridge Farm in New York have been fined $13,000 for refusing to host a gay wedding.
The Gifford’s host approximately 12 weddings at their farm per year, but refused to host one for a lesbian couple as they feel it would violate their religious beliefs.
But the New York State Division of Human Rights ruled that because the Liberty Ridge Farm is open to the public for specific events, like weddings, it must be classified as a “public accommodation.” This places the farm under a sexual orientation non-discrimination state ordinance.

hold the wedding in the only place available on the farm… The Barn full of horse c**p.. and make sure several pigs are in the stalls grunting. feed them sour mash,,, (milk mixed with oats & left set in the sun for a few days). while its performed LOL that would change anybody’s mind.
Yay for them !!!!!!
What happened to our freedom? This is totally un-American. Are you going to force me to have sex with them too? What’s next?
That’s a load of c**p!
thats right,MAN AND WOMEN,any other is not GODS WAY,
This is bull$#%&!@*. The owners have their religious rights under the first amendment. They need to get a good lawyer and sue this gay couple for this and the cost of the legal fees. They can use the hobby lobby case as precedence. I am so sick and tired of this gay agenda BS. They are just trying to start trouble just like the atheist and the muslims and that worthless POS Obama is letting them get away with it because he is gay.
LETS GET GOD BACK IN THIS COUNTRY. AMEN.
He no longer has a choice in this country to use HIS property as he wants? We’ve gone a long way, baby, down into the dumps of socialism.
All of you would be the first to come crying if this $#%&!@* happened to you! I imagine half of you wouldnt have ever been able to get married if some bull$#%&!@* ranch decided they “have the right to refuse service” to Mullets. Denying ANYONE is going against your core capitalizing souls Any how, just saying…
He should have the right to marry whomever he wants without being punished for his decision.
