Owners Cynthia and Robert Gifford of the Liberty Ridge Farm in New York have been fined $13,000 for refusing to host a gay wedding.
The Gifford’s host approximately 12 weddings at their farm per year, but refused to host one for a lesbian couple as they feel it would violate their religious beliefs.
But the New York State Division of Human Rights ruled that because the Liberty Ridge Farm is open to the public for specific events, like weddings, it must be classified as a “public accommodation.” This places the farm under a sexual orientation non-discrimination state ordinance.

Hey, I know it’s BS but if you live in a communist state and vote for communist ways. Huh, you get exactly what you ask for.
This is so wrong. Being lesbian is wrong and God has told us that it is, and this government does not over rule God…
Simple solution don’t go where you are not welcome.

This is a difficult subject. The fact that they host wedding there as like a place of business then them denying a wedding just because it is gay is discrimination. While I believe in freedom of religion and the right to deny business to people for more valid reasons denying business because somebody is gay is discrimination.
Freedom of association much?
